Topstream Properties owns and manages a very attractive and ideally situated business park on the Dunston Trading Estate to the North of Chesterfield, Derbyshire adjacent to the main A61 road between the M1 motorway and Sheffield.

Topstream Properties Ltd was formed in 1998 to house the radio station known as Peak FM which is the largest independent Radio provider for Chesterfield & North East Derbyshire. The company directors were also co-founders and directors of Peak FM and wanted to build the station in a prominent geographical site facing the main A61 road between Chesterfield & Sheffield.

The company subsequently built Millenium House and purchased Peak House and Nationwide House to form an area of modern, prestigious offices and warehousing known collectively as Peak Business Park.
